Tuition:
The Whangarei Pipe Band has an extraordinary amount of depth when it comes to skilled tutors. For the learner, we offer lessons from experienced professional tutors at a small fee. This is until you reach band entry level. In return all we ask for is complete dedication and commitment to learning.
Once a sufficiently high level of competence is achieved individuals will have the option of entering the band. Upon band entry full uniform will be supplied along with an assortment of peripherals specific to his/her instrument for the intention of competition.

It is always best to inquire with a band member first before purchasing any instrument. We encourage visiting the band hall one Wednesday. After establishing exactly what you need we recommend you visit Lewis Turrell's House of Scotland.
